Our services include kitchen design and planning, supply and installation of all catering equipment, full equipment maintenance contracts and 24/7 breakdown and servicing. Our team of 9 engineers carry a comprehensive range of parts in their vehicles making our first time fix rate one of the highest in the industry saving our customers down time and money.

Preventative Maintenance is the most cost effective method of reducing capital expenditure. By utilising a well versed maintenance procedure, it is possible to prolong the life of equipment and keep it running when it matters most - when it's needed. Obviously nobody can guarantee that a range or fryer in a kitchen is not going to break down during a lunch period, or that the servery counter is suddenly not going to burn out its heating elements just as your operators are serving hot meals, things like that happen, but the odds on it happening can be dramatically reduced with the use of a programmed Maintenance Agreement.
At Instock we have a tried and tested method of preventative maintenance which involves regular periods of equipment inspection and testing by trained and experienced personnel who are well versed in the problems normally incurred with equipment and when and how these problems can be avoided.

Catering Equipment Leasing
Looking for a replacement piece of catering equipment or a full kitchen? Instock have the resources to offer a full and comprehensive leasing package to our customers.
The use of these resources, which can be tailored to your own requirements, can enable you to pursue the possibility of upgrading, replacing or refurbishing your entire kitchen.
Minimum spend £1000.00.
On request from our customer, Instock will provide accurate Leasing Quotations in addition to direct purchasing prices, within our tender submissions.
Instock leasing facility is a rental purchase scheme; you own the catering equipment after the agreed period of repayment. This allows VAT registered customers to reclaim VAT on a quarterly basis throughout the duration of the lease period.
All leasing/Rental Purchase quotations are subject to status.
